Instructions
- Blanch vegetables and keep them aside.
- Add butter to a hot pan.
- Add cheese and fresh cream.
- Mix it with a spatula. Mix it making an 8 on the pan.
- Add herbs, oregano, salt and pepper.
- Let the sauce come to a thick consistency.
- Once the sauce is done, add blanched veggies and paneer cubes.
- Garnish with basil.
