Keto Zoodles
- Make zucchini into noodles, blanch for 30 seconds and keep it aside
- Add olive oil to a pan. Add chopped garlic, sauté it well. Add zoodles, toss them and add salt, pepper and red pepper flakes.
Keto Arrabbiata Sauce
- Purée tomato in a mixer.
- Add oil on a hot pan, add onion and garlic.
- Sauté till golden brown. Add tomato purée and mix it well. Lower the flame and add seasonings.
- Toss sautéed zoodles in sauce for a minute. Grate cheese and serve.
