Ingredients
- Shrimps- 150 grams
- Coconut oil- 20 ml
- Garlic- 3 cloves chopped
- Onions- 40 grams
- Ginger- 1 inch grated
- Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
- Cardamom ground- 1/2 tsp
- Cinnamon ground- 1/2 tsp
- Chilli powder-- 1/2 tsp
- Cloves ground- 1/2 tsp
- Coconut cream- 40 grams
- Cilantro finely chopped- 1 tbsp
- Yellow curry powder- 1 tbsp

Instructions
- In a pan, add coconut oil, garlic, onion, and ginger.
- Fry for 5-7 minutes until the onion becomes translucent.
- Add the spices and saute for about 4 minutes.
- Add coconut cream and bring to boil before adding shrimps.
- Simmer for about 6 minutes, until the shrimps are cooked.
