Flax Seed Wrap
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Let the dough rest for 15 minutes.
- Use parchment paper to roll it out.
- Place it on a non-stick pan and add olive oil when necessary.
Tofu Stuffing
- Add olive oil to a pan. Sauté onions, add tomatoes and bell peppers.
- Once done add scrambled tofu.
- Add mixed herbs, oregano, chilli flakes, salt and pepper. Sauté it well.
- Stuff flaxseed wrap with the stuffing carefully.
