- Paneer- 150 grams
- Fresh methi- 75 grams
- Cinnamon sticks- 1 broken into half
- Cardamom- 1-2 pods
- Cloves- 1-2
- Cashews- 6-7
- Butter- 40 grams
- Fresh cream- 50 grams
- inch Ginger- 1/2 chopped
- Green chilli- 1 finely chopped
- grams Onion- 30 finely chopped
- grams Tomato- 40 finely chopped
- Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
- Coriander powder- 1/2 tbsp
- Garam masala- 1/2 tsp
- Kasuri methi- 1/2 tsp
- Himalayan Pink Salt- to taste

Instructions
Keto Methi Malai Paneer
- Soak cashews in hot water for 10 minutes
- In a pan sauté washed methi with 10 grams of butter and keep it aside.
- In the same greased pan,
- add remaining butter, onions and tomatoes. Let it sauté well.
- Add cinnamon sticks, cardamom cloves, ginger, chilly.
- Sauté it well. Add paneer and half cup water with all spices.
- Add sautéed methi.
- Add 6-7 broken soaked cashews.
- Add another half cup water.
- On a slow flame, cover it for 8 minutes.
- Switch off the flame and mix cream.
Jeera Cauliflower rice
- Add cumin seeds to ghee, once they pop, add all spices.
- Mix it and add grated cauliflower.
- Toss it and put a lid for 3 minutes.
