Ingredients
Cheese Cracker
- 60 grams Cheese Gouda/Parmesan
- 1/4 tsp Oregano
- 1/4 tsp Chilli Flakes
Stuffing
- 20 grams Paneer
- 30 grams Mixed Veggies Broccoli, spinach and sun dried bell peppers
Basil Pesto Sauce
- 20 grams Fresh Basil
- 3 cloves garlic
- 10 ml olive oil
- 5 grams Walnuts
- 1/4 tsp White Pepper Powder
- Himalayan Pink Salt to taste

Cheese Cracker
- On a hot pan (preferably non-stick) make two heaps of cheese and let it melt. As it is melting add oregano and chilli flakes to get the flavour.
- Once the cracker is done, mould it into a cup to stuff it with the filling.
Stuffing
- Blanch the veggies and toss them in the sauce.
Basil Pesto Sauce
- Put all the ingredients in the mixer. Pulse at a slow speed to avoid the pesto turning bitter into taste
