Instructions
- Cut karela in round discs.
- Take 10 ml ghee in a pan and fry karela until golden brown. Keep aside.
- In the same pan add the remaining 20 ml ghee, add chopped onions and saute until golden brown
- Add chopped tomatoes and cook till it becomes tender
- Add fried Karela, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and amchur powder and mix well
- Cook for another 2 minutes more.
