                - Knead the dough for paratha and keep for about half an hour
- Add oil to pan, add garlic, green chilli, grated paneer, salt and sauté until paneer is cooked
- Mix paneer with grated cheese well and make the filling
- Make stuffed paratha roasting it with ghee from both sides
