Shahi Paneer
  1. Add butter to a hot pan, add onions and tomatoes. Let it sauté well.
  2. Add cinnamon sticks, cardamom cloves, ginger, chilly. Sauté it well
  3. Now add paneer to the pan. Add half cup water and all masala.
  4. Add 6-7 broken soaked cashews. Add another half cup water.
  5. On a slow flame, cover it for 8 minutes.
  6. Switch of the flame and mix cream.
Coconut Paratha
  1. Mix coconut flour with psyllium husk. Add salt. Make a soft dough with hot water
  2. Cook parathas on a hot oil greased pan
